Arrived on schedule, and has worked well since.
Not many instructions, but got there in the end.

My first two Ping batteries lasted almost 10 years. They were used daily for commuter and all other transportation uses with my ebike. Those batteries were excellent and Ping's customer service is superb.
There is only one problem, which is 100% not Ping's fault. Thanks to government paranoia, he is now required to ship his batteries by sea. I ordered another 48V 10Ah battery over three months ago and it has not arrived yet. My inquiry brought the response that this is, unfortunately, the current level of normal service. Ping's batteries are so good that it is worth the wait, but it is quite a wait.

I ordered a 48 volt 10 amp pa ng battery a few weeks ago, and it arrived yesterday, not bad all things considered. Was a bit worried bout buying from a non local source, but the company was so good about answering all of my questions promptly, that I thought they might be a good company to do business with. Plus, many other informed reviews were positive. On a side note, not a lot of trouble importing into Canada.
Will try to update once I've had. The battery for a few months.

Battery arrived a few days ago nearly fully charged. Just topped it off, installed and went riding. I also have two Ping 24V - 20AH batteries that I've been using daily for the past 3 or 4 years. Still going strong.

This battery is suppose to be a little underpowered for my commuter E-Bike as I have a 48 volt 1000 watt hub. I ordered the High Rate BMS and it barely even gets warm . I am 6' 4" and weigh 250 pounds and I maintain around 30 mph on flat round. You can also buy a breaker to put inline from here for protection but it is also good as and on/off switch. Have it off when you make your connections then turn it on once are connected and you do not get the spark as you would when you hook the battery up to the controller. Always follow the directions and do a few shallow discharges when you first get the battery. Most I have ridden so far is a little over 6 miles on one ride but when I get back I am still showing full charge on my indicator. I should be able to get around 15 miles no pedaling. My SLA batteries would be showing half after 2.5 miles that I had before in the same amp hour. I plan on adding another one of these in the future to upgrade to a 20 amp hour. Also, Mr. Ping stays in touch with you during the entire process and always answers any question in a timely manner. I had the battery at my place 15 days after ordering it as opposed to waiting 2 or 3 mths. from other places. GREAT PRODUCT!!

Have about 100 miles on the battery already, still completely balanced after draining completely. Plenty of punch for my little 350w. I anticipate a long relationship between the two.
