I'm a novice in the electric bicycle build game, I started out about 3-4 years ago with an Ezip I purchased from a pawn shop.I used lead-acid batteries that came with bicycle and eventually progressed to lithium 18650 batteries I purchased from aliexpress website.I got some weight and distance performance but nothing like I see with the Ping LifePo4 battery. They are worth every dollar I spent on them and Ping is one of the most helpful customer service oriented companies I ever dealt with, highly recommend.

Ping was really helpful throughout the process and the battery is working great for my ebike. It is surprisingly hard to find a good LiFePO4 pack in Vancouver, Canada, so Ping saved the day! I will write another review if I notice difference in quality, but I know that Ping will pull through to help if I need it.

This is my second LiFePO4 battery pack 48V20Ah. I just power everything on agriculture landscape. Power for my electro-vehicle Panda Solaris, even Motors for pulling up rocks and wood. Working by night illuminating landscape like daylight. When the power will end one time, I have a second battery pack,,weight only 10Kg. Thanks for all. Stephan

I bought this battery and it performed great for a couple of months, but then unfortunately I discovered that two cell groups in the battery where bad and needed to be replaced. I contacted Ping and he took great care of me! Service was prompt, and he has excellent customer service. Shipping out the new cells did take a while, but when they got to me he provided me with detailed instructions on how to do it (I wanted to do it myself, he did give the option of sending it back to them for service). This was all covered under the warranty and costed me nothing! They stand behind their products.

This is the 2nd 48v 20 A/hr battery from Ping for my ebike. The 1st one lasted 3 yrs and over 10,000 miles. It was still usable when I replaced it, but the capacity has gone down to 13 A/hr. I like long trips of 40 to 60 miles so 13 A/hr wasn't enough. With the new battery, I can travel about 65 miles or about 45 miles pulling my 60lb dog in his trailer.

I ordered a 48v 20AH LiFePO4 pack recently for my big electric scooter and it was built and delivered in a very reasonable amount of time to Canada. Quality of the batteries and the bms system is superb. It was very easy to install. I only had to solder a single wire and every thing else uses connectors or can go into your circuit breaker. I mounted plenty of foam rubber padding around the batteries to keep them safe from impacts. Once installed I went on several small trips over the course of a couple weeks and charged it back up every time to condition the battery. This week I took it on a very long 30km ride up and down steep bike trails and all through town and it maintained great power through the whole trip. The voltage didn't sag even coming home up a very steep hill the scooter maintained it's speed. The range and power of this battery is amazing compared to lead acid. All lights on the BMS come on showing the pack is properly charged every time. I recommend the 5A charger if you plan to go on longer trips as it will charge up somewhat quicker. With the 5A charger it takes between 48minutes to an hour to charge for every 7 or 8 km of riding. I built my charger inside the side panel of my electric scooter so that I just need to carry a lightweight charging cord with me. Highly recommend the Ping battery as it's a very good product. Riding over bumps on the roads and paths is much nicer with the lighter weight of a LiFePO4 pack.

Excelent delevery time, 10 days (including weekend) from China to my home in Quebec, Canada. WOW!
The pack is as photos on the site. Using the guide for V2.5 Packs, provided on the site to assemble the wires, is easy and accurate.
I was able to discharge the pack at 1A for an hour. Then recharged it and all the led on the controler lit ok.
This summer I will be able to power my scooter with the pack and check its performance in action.
