Shipping & Warranty


From Jan 2016, for LiFePO4 batteries, we have one more shipping option of surface or sea shipping with lower cost, in addition to air shipping. Shipping time are as follows,

  • USA - 8 weeks by sea, 2-3 weeks by air
  • Canada - 3 months by sea, 2-3 weeks by air
  • Australia - 4 weeks, by sea Only
  • New Zealand - 5-6 weeks, by sea Only
  • UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Hungary, Czech - 8 weeks by sea, 2-3 weeks by air
  • Israel, South Africa, UAE, Saudi Arabia - 8-10 weeks by sea Only
  • Japan, Singapore - 4-5 weeks by sea Only
  • Other countries, please send email to pingping227@hotmail.com for ETA.

It will take us around 7-10 days to make and test a new LiFePO4 battery pack before shipping. Lead time is listed in every product page. For other products such as chargers or BMS, it will take us 1-2 working days to perform a final test and package them before shipping.

Default shipping costs for all the battery packs listed on this web site are for surface or sea shipping. You can choose shipping upgrade for air shipping in each product page.

Shipping costs for chargers listed on this web site are for air shipping that usuall takes one week to most countries. If you are going to order one or more extra chargers shipped together with battery packs by sea, we will send refund of the shipping difference to you.


We guarantee Battery Packs with BMS purchased from us with a 12 months warranty against defects in quality.

Chargers sold together with battery packs or purchased by our battery owners have 12 months warranty against defects in quality.

If you purchase Chargers Only and you are not our battery owners, there's 6 months warranty against defects in quality.

If you purchase BMS (Battery Management System) Only, there's no warranty.

If you purchase LiFePO4 Battery Cells Only, there's no warranty.

All products are checked for quality before being shipped out. If you purchased any items which appear to have a problem, please contact us. In most cases we are able to sort out the problem by providing technical support, without your sending anything back.

If we cannot resolve the problem by email we will provide you detailed instructions on how to return the item for repair or replacement only. Please do not return anything without first contacting us to obtain authorization. 

14 Day Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defective or damaged products upon shipment and must be authorized by us before the product(s) is returned. We will replace, refund, or credit your account for a returned product(s) at our discretion. For any exchange or refund, we need the receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, & accessories.
